Yang seperti ini namanya bukan Sunni tetapi Wahabi. Sungguhpun mereka tidak mengaku Wahabi, yakinlah itu ciri-ciri Wahabi tidak siap berbeda paham dengan komunitas lain. Dimana saja penduduk suatu negara mayoritas Wahabi, ulama mereka menjadi penyokong nomor wahid terhadap penguasa, biarpun penguasa tersebut despotic. Tugas utama mereka memberikan fatwa untuk melanggengkan kekuasaan majikannya (System Taghut Zalim) sebagaimana kita saksikan di Timur Tengah sekarang, ulama Wahabi berfatwa haram hukumnya melawan penguasa yang masih shalat. Mereka juga berfatwa secara langsung kepada penguasa tertentu seperti fatwa mereka, haram melawan Muammar Gaddafi yang juga despotic. Hal tersebut bertenta ngan dengan info dari Allah swt:

"Maka kecelakaanlah bagi orang-orang yang shalat, (QS. 107:4) (yaitu) orang-orang yang lalai dari shalatnya. (QS. 107:5) dan orang-orang yang berbuat riya # (QS. 107:6)

# Riya ialah melakukan suatu amal perbuatan tidak untuk mencari keridhaan Allah akan tetapi untuk mencari pujian atau kemasyhuran di masyarakat. Bagaimana mungkin benarnya shalat rezim yang despotik dimana mereka tidak tunduk patuh kepada Allah tetapi tunduk patuh kepada thaghgut.

Di zaman sekarang rakyat sudah sadar bahwa itu agama Yaziddin, pembantai keluarga Rasulullah. Rakyat di negara negara yang penguasanya menggunakan ulama Wahabi sebagai tulang punggungnya, dapat dipastikan bahwa rakyat hidup menderita ekonomi secara mayority. Ketika timbul kesadaran rakyat untuk menggu lingkan penguasa, ulama Wahabi siap "membius" kaum dhuafa atau rakyat di akar rumput bahwa haram hukumnya melawan penguasa yang masih shalat, apa lagi sudah beberapa kali Naik Haji dimana pertunjukan haji juga dipimpin oleh ulama wahabi. "!Kemiskinan itu ujian Allah buat kita untuk menggapai Surga kelak. Untuk mencegah kezaliman penguasa, berdoalah kepada Allah dengan do'a Tolak Bala".

Bagaimana caranya tuan Bal'am? "Telungkuplah tangan kalian ketika berdoa agar Allah menjauhkan kalian dari mala petaka". Bal'am menambahkan lagi "Doa itu adalah senjata orang mukmin". Begitulah tipu muslihat ulama gadongan hingga rakyat mayoritas dapat terlena kecuali muncul Ulama warasatul ambya ditengah-tengah mereka hingga rakyat memahami bahwa pendukung rezim despotic itu bukan ulama tetapi badut-badut yang berpenampilan ulama. Mereka memakai jubbah Rasulullah tetapi isi kepalanya adalah Amru bin Ask, sipenipu licik dalam sejarah Islam. Justeru itulah rakyat di Timur Tengah begitu lama berada dalam sekapan penguasa zalim dengan dukungan ulama Wahabi atau dikenal juga secara filosofis sebagai ulama "Bal'am".

Kebrutalan suatu komunitas mayority terhadap komunitas minority seperti Wahabi di Indonesia terhadap minority Ahmadiah adalah kesalahan yang sangat fatal dalam beragama. Artinya itu tidak mencirikan mental orang mukmin. Betapa terkutuk perbuatan seperti itu sampai ketingkat membakar Mesjidnya. Ironisnya lagi kaum Wahabi itu seringkali menuduh Syiah meng kafir kan pihak lain, padahal justeru merekalah yang sering meng kafir kan pihak lain. Coba lihat bagaimana ketika mereka dalam kondisi brutal meng kafir kan pengikut Ahmadiah di Indonesia:;"Usir, mereka itu kafir", demikian kita dengar berkali-kali disiarkan oleh TV Aljazeera. Kami Syiah pantang meng kafir kan orang lain kecuali pihak lain duluan meng kafir kan kami. Kalau mau lihat ukuran suatu komunitas, lihatlah di negara-negara yang mayority Syiah, adakah mereka meng kafir kan komunitas minority? Realitanya di Republik Islam Iran dan Irak Syiah bersaudara dengan Sunni non Wahabi dan dengan non Islam sekalipun, namun Wahabi yang minoritas di negara yang Pemimpinnya orang Syiah, mereka berlaku hypocrite.

Ada satu hal teramat penting untuk digaris bawahi bahwa semua pemeluk agama memiliki "perasaan yang sama". Sekali lagi kita ulang "Perasaan yang sama" dalam beragama. Artinya setiap pemeluk agama meyakini persis bahwa "agama merekalah yang benar". Ini perlu digaris bawahi, kenapa? Sebab perasaan ini sering disalah tafsirkan oleh orang yang keliru dalam memahami hakikat bera gama. Mereka beranggapan bahwa "semua agama itu sama". Anggapan seperti ini sering dilontarkan oleh orang-orang "tinggi" pendidikannya di Indonesia. Esensi daripada perasaan semua pemeluk aga ma sama adalah, bahwa keyakinan orang Sunni merekalah yang benar, keyakinan orang Syiah mereka lah yang benar, keyakinan orang Ahmadiah merekalah yang benar, keyakinan orang Kristian mereka lah yang benar, keyakinan orang Hindu merekalah yang benar, demikianlah seterusnya dan seterusnya.

Semua pemeluk agama yang berbeda satu sama lainnya hidup bersaudara dalam negara manapun. Demikianlah seharusnya bukan menganggap orang yang berbeda agama atau mazhab dengan kita sebagai musuh. Musuh dari komunitas agama apapun sesungguhnya adalah rezim despotic. Rezim despotiklah akar permasalahan kemanusiaan di planet Bumi ini. Musuh orang Islam bukan Kristian atau Budha dan Hindu tetapi rezim zalim seperti regime - regime yang sedang digulingkan oleh rakyatnya masing-masing di Timur Tengah dan Afrika Utara. Kezaliman regime-regime itulah yang merupakan penyakit dari segala penyakit kemanusiaan. Musuh Sunni bukan Syiah dan bukan Ahmadiah seperti di Indonesia tetapi MUI sendiri yang menjadi tulang punggung setiap penguasa yang menguasai kekayaan rakyat jelata. Makanya jangan heran ketika MUI berfatwa hanya Ahmadi ah saja yang sesat tetapi tidak pernah berfatwa pejabat yang korup itu sebagai pencuri berdasi.

MUI itu juga tidak memahami hakikat Surah al Maidah ayat 44, 45 dan 47, kenapa? Sebabnya mereka sudah tertutup mata hati disebabkan terlalu lama bersatupadu dengan penguasa yang menzalimi hak kaum dhuafa. Lihatlah kaum dhuafa Indone sia di kawasan-kawasan kumuh yang kerap rumah mereka digusur tanpa mendapat ganti rugi yang layak. Sementara DPR pun diam seribu satu bahasa. Lihatlah kaum Dhuafa Indonesia di gubuk-gubuk derita dan juga di Acheh - Sumatra sementara rumah-rumah DPR mentreng dan hidup diatas penderitaan rakyat jelata. Lihatlah kaum dhuafa Indonesia yang tinggal di bawah titi kota Metropolitan. Apakah mereka semua bukan pemilik kekayaan negara Indonesia? Mengapa badut-badut itu tidak pernah sadar sampai banyak masyarakat Dunia yang menamakan Indone sia sebagai Republik Maling? Kenapa tidak pernah berfatwa tentang kezaliman majikan mereka?

Kembali ke persoalan pokok tadi:
Apabila kita baca buku-buku Kristian disana pasti kita temukan keterangan-keterangan yang menyatakan agama Islam itu sesat, demikian juga apabila orang Kristian membaca buku-buku orang Islam pasti akan menemukan penjelasan-penjelasan bahwa agama kristian itu sesat. Kalau kita baca buku-buku agama Hindu atau Budha juga akan kita temukan penjelasan-penjelasan bahwa agama yang lain sesat. Inilah esensi daripada perasaan pemeluk setiap agama itu sama. Apa bila orang non Syiah membaca blog Acheh Karbala mereka juga akan menemukan penjelasan-penjelasan yang tidak menyenangkan mereka. Secara ideology lazimya ahli agama tidak membahas semua agama sesat dalam buku-buku mereka tetapi hanya agama yang dianggap besar kemungkinan dapat mempengaruhi pengikut agama mereka sajalah yang perlu dibeberkan, kenapa? Sebabnya agama yang diketahui mayoritas pengikutnya tidak benar hanya buang-buang waktu saja untuk mengupas kesesatannya.

Dari itu saya menghimbau kepada setiap ahli agama dan pengikutnya, janganlah anda menjadi brutal kepada pemeluk agama atau aliran yang berbeda dengan pemahaman anda ketika anda baca keterangan yang tidak mengenakkan perasaan anda di dalam buku-buku mereka atau di dalam site-site mareka. Sebabnya itu adalah keyakinan dari setiap pemeluk agama. Logisnya anda juga membahas hal-hal yang bertentangan dengan pemahaman agama pihak lain di buku-buku anda atau di site-site anda, itu adalah hak anda yang tidak dapat diganggu gugat oleh pihak manapun. Ini berlaku bagi orang-orang yang memahami hakikat "toleransi". Apabila kita tidak memahami hakikat ini, sungguh terjadi pertumpahan darah dimana-mana disebabkan perbedaan agama, kenapa? Sebabnya di setiap negara sekarang ini tiidak pernah ada lagi penduduknya yang terdiri dari satu saja agama mereka. Dengan kata lain setiap negara penduduknya terdiri dari orang-orang yang berfariasi agamanya.

Baru-baru ini di Jerman ada pejabat yang berkampanye bahwa Islam itu berbahaya. Namun realita nya di Jerman itu ada orang kristian sendiri yang memprotes kekeliru an pejabat tersebut, bahkan ada juga pejabat lainnya tidak pernah setuju dengan pernyataan pejabat sebelumnya. Rakyat Jerman yang membela kaum Muslimin type masyarakat yang toleran. Mereka memahami persis bahwa di negara-negara yang penduduknya mayoritas Muslim, Kristian adalah minoritas. Logikanya kalau pejabat mereka dibenarkan berpikiran seperti itu, di negara yang penduduknya mayority Muslim juga akan bertindak serupa terhadap kaum minority. Apabila kondisi seperti itu dibenarkan, kacaulah semua negara -negara di planet Bumi ini.

Kemudian lihat lagi di AS, juga sering muncul baik dari pejabat maupun dari masyarakat biasa demiki an negatif anggapan mereka terhadap pemeluk Islam tetapi banyak juga masyarakat biasa yang beraga ma Kristian membela kaum Muslimin dan bahkan dari kalangan pejabat juga ada yang tidak setuju pikiran yang tidak toleran pejabat yang lain terhadap kaum Muslimin. Apa yang pernah terjadi di Jerman, AS dan juga di Perancis, sering juga muncul di negara-negara lainnya perasaan yang tidak toleran tersebut. Seperti di Inggeris baru-baru ini, malah Kameron sendiri pernah salah paham terhadap pemeluk agama lain, namun cepat teratasi ketika muncul pihak lainnya yang beragama Kristian yang toleran sesama pemeluk agama yang berbeda.

Baru baru ini saya mendapat info dari Acheh - Sumatra bahwa ada aliran sesat hingga mereka berlaku sadis terhadap pihak yang dianggap sesat itu, persis seperti wahabi di Pulau Jawa, Indonesia yang sangat brutal terhadap pengikut Ahmadiah yang minority. Ketika seseorang menanyakan kepada saya, benarkah mereka itu sesat? Saya katakan bahwa pihak yang mengatakan kepada minority itu sesat, sesat juga. Salahnya pihak yang mayoritas tersebut ketika mereka berlaku arogan dan brutal terhadap pihak yang dianggap sesat itu. Saya ini insya Allah Syiah Imamiah 12, pastinya meyakini 100 persen bahwa agama sayalah yang benar sebagaimana uraian saya diatas sebagai perasaan setiap pemeluk agama. Sebaliknya saya juga tidak marah ketika membaca buku-buku mereka yang menganggap Syiah sesat. Yang tidak dapat dibenarkan membeberkan kesesatan pihak lain secara langsung dalam bermasyarakat, apa lagi berlaku arogansi dan brutalitas yang atau sesungguhnya dipicu oleh pemahaman yang salah dalam beragama atau sering juga disebut fanatik buta.

Andaikata suatu komunitas membuat pengajian tentang suatu agama yang kita anggap sesat menurut keyakinan kita, bijaksanakah kita berlaku brutal terhadap mereka?. Seharusnya kita juga membuat pengajian menurut keyakinan kita sendiri. Ini mencirikan agama kita siap berkompetisi. Tetapi andaikata kita tidak siap berkompetisi, terindikasi agama kita tidak benar, kenapa musti menuduh pihak lain sesat secara brutal, lalu menghalalkan berbagai cara demi tercapai ambisi kita yang keliru. Andaikata sempat terbunuh seorang saja dari komunitas yang kita anggap sesat tersebut, seluruh komunitas kita akan menerima kerugian yang sangat fatal dari Allah swt. Hal ini sesuai dengan info dari Allah swt sendiri:

"Oleh karena itu kami tetapkan (suatu hukum) bagi bani Israil, bahwa: barangsiapa yang membunuh seorang manusia, bukan karena orang itu (membunuh) orang lain 411, atau bukan karena membuat kerusakan di muka bumi, maka seakan-akan dia telah membunuh manusia seluruhnya 412. Dan barangsiapa yang memelihara kehidupan menusia semuannya. Dan sesungguhnya telah datang kepada mereka rasul-rasul Kami dengan (keterangan-keterangan) yang jelas, kemudian banyak di antara mereka sesudah itu 413 sungguh-sungguh melampaui batas dalam berbuat kerusakan di muka bumi". (QS. 5:32)

Realitanya memang selalu muncul sikap yang tidak toleran sesama pemeluk agama yang berbeda, apalagi dipicu oleh orang jahat yang berlaku fitnah. Misalnya ada orang Islam yang membakar mesjid ketika mereka berlaku zalim terhadap orang Kristian, misalnya. Tujuan jahat orang tersebut agar dianggap masyarakat ramai, orang Kristian yang bakar Mesjid tersebut, hingga terjadilah pertikaian yang sangat disesali. Demikian juga terkadang pihak non Islam membakar tempat ibadah mereka dengan harapan agar masyarakat mayoritas non Islam salah paham kepada minoiritas Islam. Tragedi seperti itu tidak akan pernah terjadi kalau pemerintah suatu negara adil terhadap pemeluk agama manapun. Pemimpin di Suatu system negara yang benar bukan saja melindungi masyarakat seagama dengan mereka tetapi juga terhap pemeluk agama apapun, tetap berlaku adil. Dalam system negara seperti itu dapat dipastkan bahwa kekayaan negara benar-benar milik siapa saja yang menjadi warga negara tersebut bukan hanya isapan jempol tetapi realitanya . Konsekwensinya setiap warga menda patkan finansialnya secara adil.

Banyak juga negara yang senantiasa kalimat "kekayaan negara milik rakyat" selalu terdengar di mulut penguasa dan konco-konconya tetapi hanya sebatas teory John Loock saja, sementara realitanya rakyat mayoritas hidup menderita ekonominya. Logikanya ekonomi atau finansial adalah faktor utama yang menentukan aman tidak nya rakyat dalam suatu negara, kenapa?. Ketika seluruh rakyat mendapatkan haknya dari pemerintah mereka, semua orang tua sanggup menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka sampai ke Perguruan Tinggi, apa lagi kalau biaya pendidikan gratis sejak dari Sekolah Dasar sampai ke Perguruan Tinggi serta dilengkapi lagi dengan Pustaka Keliling yang juga gratis. Pabila kondisi masyarakat atau rakyat seperti itu, membuktikan bahwa kekayaan negara benar-.benar milik rakyat sedangkan pemerintah merupakan wakil rakyat dalam hal mengatur dan mengelola kekayaan negara. Rakyat yang berfariasi agamanya pasti tolesan dan tidak pernah ribut, sebab semua mereka pasti mendapat pelajaran toleransi secara mantap di hampir jenjang pendidikan sekolah mereka. Komunitas NU Protes Pengusiran Syiah di Sampang
Komunitas Jaringan Islam Anti Diskriminasi (JIAD) yang berpusat di Jawa Timur menyatakan keprihatinannya atas diskriminasi atas kelompok Syiah di Sampang. Koordinator Presedium JIAD, Aan Anshori ketika dihubungi IRIB menjelaskan, "JIAD adalah komunitas independen yang melibatkan para santri, masyarakat NU dan aktivis LSM di Jawa Timur. Komunitas didirikan untuk menentang segala bentuk diskriminasi."

Sebagaimana dirilis situs resmi JIAD, komunitas ini mengeluarkan pernyataan yang menyikapi peristiwa yang terjadi di Sampang. Setelah kelompok Ahmadiyah, kini target persekusi atas nama keyakinan kembali menimpa komunitas Syiah di desa Karang Gayam Omben Sampang. Sebanyak lebih dari 100 warga Syiah terancam diusir dari desa tersebut karena dianggap sesat. Upaya teror dan intimidasi berupa penyesatan kerap diterima komunitas tersebut.

Kondisi warga Syiah Sumenep semakin terancam saat salah satu anggota Badan Silaturahmi Ulama Madura (BASRA) KH. Kholil Halim mendesak agar kelompok Syiah kembali ke ajaran Islam Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah mainstream. Jika desakan tersebut tidak dipatuhi, BASRA memberikan 2 opsi kepada komunitas Syiah; pertama meminta agar meninggalkan Sampang tanpa disertai ganti rugi lahan/asset apapun. Kedua, akan dilakukan persekusi terhadap komunitas Syi'ah.

Menyikapi hal tersebut, Jaringan Islam Anti Diskriminasi (JIAD) Jawa Timur menyatakan sikap sebagai berikut:

1. Mengecam keras aksi intoleransi yang dilakukan oleh MUI, BASRA dan kelompok-kelompok lain terhadap komunitas Syiah. Upaya meng-Ahmadiyah-kan Syiah merupakan gerakan sistematis dari kelompok yang anti-Pancasila dan berniat mengganti ideologi bangsa ini menjadi berkiblat pada keyakinan tertentu. Di Jawa Timur gerakan ini setidaknya telah beberapa kali melakukan penyerangan terhadap komunitas Syiah antara lain di Bondowoso (2008), Sampang (2007), dan terakhir di Pasuruan (2011)

2. Mendesak kepada Kapolda Jawa Timur, Irjend (Pol) Untung S Radjab untuk secara sungguh-sungguh memberikan jaminan keamanan terhadap warga Syiah dan harta benda mereka serta segera menangkap aktor intelektual dibalik serangkaian penyerangan terhadap komunitas Syiah di Jawa Timur.

3. Menuntut kepada Gubernur Jawa Timur dan Bupati Sampang agar bersungguh-sungguh konsekuen menjalankan amanat konstitusi dalam memberikan jaminan kebebasan beragama/berkeyakinan di Jawa Timur dan Sampang.

4. Meminta kepada PWNU Jawa Timur untuk segera melakukan upaya preventif agar konflik sunni-syiah tidak meluas

5. Mendesak kepada seluruh elemen di wilayah Sampang untuk mengedepankan dialog dalam masalah ini untuk merumuskan solusi yang tidak melanggar hak asasi dalam beribadah/berkeyakinan.

NU Community Protest Expulsion Shia in Sampang
Community Anti-Discrimination Islam Network (JIAD) based in East Java expressed concern over the discrimination against the Shia group in Sampang. Coordinator Presedium JIAD, Aan Anshori when contacted IRIB explains, "JIAD is an independent community that involves the students, the NU community and NGO activists in East Java. The community was founded to oppose all forms of discrimination."

As JIAD released the official site, this community issued a statement addressing the events that occurred in Sampang. The following is a press statement JIAD:

3. Demand that the Governor of East Java and Sampang Regent serious consequences for running the constitutional mandate to provide guarantees freedom of religion / belief and Sampang in East Java.

4. Ask PWNU East Java for immediate preventive efforts for Sunni-Shiite conflict is not widespread
